Boyd, Barcelo lead PGA Tour Q-school |
Michael Boyd, who four years ago was caddying in the U.S. PGA Tour final qualifying tournament, took a share of the lead in the event with a 6-under 66 on the Stadium Course at PGA West.
"I'm just thankful to be here. I've got nothing to lose," Boyd said. "At the end of the week, I'm playing in a better place, no matter what I do. I'm going to be in a better place than I've every been in my life. So it's just free-wheel it and have fun.
