SIOUX FALLS - University of South Dakota sophomore Matt Rantapaa has been named to the 2006-07 North Central Conference Commisioner's Men's Golf Academic Honor Roll. To qualify for the honor roll, the student-athlete must have a minimum 3.20 grade point average, have completed at least two semesters at his current school and have competed against outside competition.
