Golf Cart Accident Causes Child to Drown (KPXJ Shreveport) |
A golf cart accident is to blame for a child drowning Sunday. It happened in Elysian Fields on Highway 451 near Marshall, Texas. The Justin Baird,7, was in the golf cart when it flipped over into a partially filled pond. The boy was not found until about 10 minutes later.
