Kelly Tilghman will be the first female to handle golf play-by-play duties when she leads the Golf Channel's lineup of PGA Tour telecasts in 2007, the network said Monday. Dottie Pepper, who has been the lead commentator on LPGA telecasts, will get an expanded PGA Tour presence. And tour player Rocco Mediate will join the network as an on-course reporter. -- St. Petersburg Times
