Dave Altemus of Royal Oaks Country Club was named Eastern Chapter Golf Professional of the year recently at the Southern Texas PGA's annual banquet. Sienna Plantation's Neil Wilkins earned the Harvey Penick Teacher of the Year award for the section, and BlackHorse Golf Club's Marty Fleckman was top teacher in the chapter.
