Redcats USA acquires owner of Golf Warehouse (The Wichita Eagle) |
Redcats USA has completed its acquisition of The Sportsman's Guide Inc., which owns Wichita's The Golf Warehouse. Redcats USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Redcats Group, a French maker of apparel and home products. The Sportsman's Guide's shareholders approved the proposed acquisition last week.
