Representative pushing bill to allow golf carts on Richland roads (WIS News 10 Columbia) |
(Columbia) January 11, 2007 - One representative is trying to make it legal to ride golf carts on Richland County roadways. Last May, Richland County Representative Todd Rutherford drove his golf cart around Columbia to save on gas money.
