Sorenstam wins Dubai Ladies Masters |
Annika Sorenstam shot a 3-under 68 Sunday to win the Dubai Ladies Masters by six strokes.
The top-ranked Swede, who led the entire tournament, had four birdies in the final round to finish at 18-under 270 on the Emirates Golf Club's Majlis Course. Helen Alfredsson (67) was second at 276, followed by Karrie Webb (70) at 278.
Sorenstam entered the final round of the European Ladies Tour's season-ending event with a seven-stroke lead.
"I was quite comfortable out there today," Sorenstam said.
