HANOI, Oct 24 Asia Pulse The South Korea-based DK ENC Ltd Co and Kims Development Co have been granted a licence for building and operating a 36 holes golf course, worth US$22 million in the area of Van Son lake, Chuong My district of northern Ha Tay province.
